Why music is the solution to stress

            Without stress, life would be easy. Unfortunately, stress is omnipresent in our life. In fact, you remember of a day, when you are late in your revisions. When you tried to calm your stress to let you sleeping, you failed. So you tried to read some pages of your book but in vain, your stomach remained tied, and you can not forget your worries. Then, you’re lying on your bed and you started to listen some music. Little by little, you relaxed yourself and a feeling of well-being invaded you.

 

            In fact, stress is a very old feeling. It was useful when we were nearest to the animal than the modern human. The stress stimulates yourselves and prepares your body to the fight or the leak. But when the disruptor event is past, the sensation of stress is still there. It’s a hormonal question. The hormone of stress, the cortisol, is liberated in your organism. Some scientific made an experience. They face people in a stressful situation. Then, this people listen some music, and it was seen that some particularly harmonious and soothing music are decreasing blood concentration of stress hormone. Then we can say that the proverb  "Music soothes those moving day nerves" is true.

 

             Then, if you are living a stressful situation, you know how to do to settle down.
